Why should I register at MyMINI Finance?

You will enjoy many benefits if you register at MyMINI Finance. You will be able to view your finance agreement, update your personal details, request agreement services and download copies of letters. MyMINI Finance is a secure site that is accessed via your personal login that will be provided once you have registered your details.

I have not received my registration email to complete the registration process. What should I do?

Please click the request email button that appears after submitting your registration request. If you still do not receive an email please contact the Customer Information Centre on 0818 253 181.

My access to MyMINI Finance has not been activated. What should I do?

If your access has not yet been activated, then that means you have not yet clicked on the activation link sent to you by email. The link serves to verify that your email address is correct. Please click on the link to activate your access. If the link has already expired, then your details will have been deleted for security reasons. If this happens, please register again.

USING MYMINI FINANCE

How do I log in to MyMINI Finance?

Once you have completed the authentication process to create your login details you can log into MyMINI Finance. Please watch our short film which explains how to log into MyMINI Finance.

MyMINI Finance will not work on my mobile device/laptop/tablet. How do I resolve this?

To enable MyMINI Finance to work we recommend installing Chrome, Firefox or Safari on your device. Please be advised that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.

MyMINI Finance account has been locked. What should I do?

If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, then your account will be locked automatically for security reasons. To unlock it again, please request a new password.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do? 

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Register Now/Login' link on the MyBMW Finance home page, then select 'Forgot Password' option.
